Das Ladenviertel in Downtown ist sehr sch\u00f6n gestaltet, mit einem k\u00fcnstlichen Wasserlauf, vielen Springbrunnen. Es scheint so, als ob die Gestaltung der Stadt durch die unz\u00e4hligen Springbrunnen von der Trockenheit in der Region abgelenk soll.
