Die Zeit vergeht so schnell, man glaubt es kaum. Neu ist f\u00fcr mich, dass ich f\u00fcr jeden Tag neu planen muss, bei meinen fr\u00fcheren Touren stand die Planung vorher, bis auf Kleinigkeiten nat\u00fcrlich. Und diesmal frage ich mich jeden Tag, oder besser am Abend, was mache ich morgen. Morgen und voraussichtlich auch noch \u00fcbermorgen bleibe ich noch auf dem KOA-Astoria, hier und in der Umgebung gibt es noch einiges zu sehen.<br \/>\nHeute war der erste Nicht-Sonnen-Tag, k\u00fchler als sonst, aber so ist das nun mal am Meer, besonders am Pazifik, der ja insgesamt recht k\u00fchl ist.<br \/>\nLange habe ich heute geschlafen, so garnicht wollte ich aus den Federn, aber ich habe ja Zeit und so ist das schon mal ok. Fast h\u00e4tte ich doch das Pancake-Satt-Essen-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck am Campingplatz verpasst, lecker waren sie mit dem \u00fcblichen Ahornsyrup. Dann bin ich gegen Mittag aufgebrochen. Zun\u00e4chst ging es \u00fcber den Columbia River \u00fcber eine mehr als sechs Kilometer lange Br\u00fccke. Es begann mit einem Aufstieg in schwindelnde H\u00f6hen, dann ein steiler Fall, fast auf Wasserh\u00f6he und dann den Rest \u00fcber den Fluss, kaum \u00fcber dem Wasser. Die Br\u00fccke ist schon beeindruckend, wie sie sich auf ihren d\u00fcnnen Stahlbeinen in die H\u00f6he schraubt.<br \/>\nTr\u00fcb war&#8217;s, als ich langgezogene Halbinsel an Longbeach nach Norden fuhr. Tr\u00fcb und neblig war&#8217;s, die feuchten Nebelschwaden, waren wie Regen. Man konnte leider kaum was sehen. Aber zehn Kilometer n\u00f6rdlich, zehn Minuten sp\u00e4ter, kam fast die Sonne raus, kein Nebel nichts. Und so konnte ich einen ausf\u00fchrlichen Spaziergang am &#8222;l\u00e4ngsten Strand&#8220; der Welt oder vielleicht auch nur von Amerika machen, sowas stand zumindest auf einem Schild am Strand.<br style='clear:both'><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen habe ich mir einige Gedanken zur Tour gemacht, direkt an der K\u00fcste k\u00f6nnte mit dem Trailer ein bisschen schwierig werden, au\u00dferdem zeigt mir hier das Wetter, K\u00fcste k\u00fchl, instabil, wusste ich eigentlich selber schon. Und so werde ich wieder ins Landesinnere ausweichen, in der Hoffnung, dass es dort w\u00e4rmer wird.
